1. Go to Application Settings
2. Click Manage FAQ
3. Create or select the question you want to add media to
4. While editing your reply, click the video, image or GIF icon
5. Add media from the library and save.
You can edit the title in the app Settings. If you don't want to display the title, simply turn off the title in the "Information to display" area.
